Product Purchase and Replacement
1.1. All purchases made on iMobiley.com are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or compatibility issues.
1.2. In case of product defects or damages during transit, customers are eligible for replacement within [7 days] from the delivery date. To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.
1.3. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
1.4. Replacement will be delivered in 6-8 days in respective address

Shipping and Delivery
2.1. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
2.2. For orders with delivery addresses in Bhopal, we offer 1-day delivery. Delivery within Madhya Pradesh takes approximately 3 days, and for the rest of India, it may take up to 6 days.
2.3. We shall not be liable for any delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or unavailability at the delivery address.
2.4. All the orders are shipped and delivered in 6-8 Days in respective address.
